We would love to ship our products to you! However due to size restrictions from couriers we can not offer our standard shipping service to you, for example, our large items require special courier services or may not be allowed. We can still ship to you, but we will need you to contact us first with a delivery address so we can firstly make sure we can find a courier that will deliver the specific item you require and secondly to create a new shipping price for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or re-packaged in similar standard of packaging.
Not all items are eligible to be returned. Any customised item which includes customer chosen paint & wax colours, personalised signs or writing, custom made products are excluded.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned and is damaged will not be refunded and it will be the customers responsibility to make a claim from there courier used. We strongly recommend insuring your product return to the value of purchase. We also recommend any returns made that a suitable tracking service is used and passed onto us.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be rejected.
Any item returned that is not eligible for a return will not be refunded.
All Customers are responsible for returns and return shipping charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
